Knipex cable shears, available in heavy duty, twin cutting, electricians and stepcut options.
- 896010 & 837957: For cutting copper and aluminium cables, precision-ground, hardened blades with clean, smooth cut without crushing and deformation.
- 896010 & 837957: Low handforce required due to favourable lever ratio and special blade geometry, pinch guard prevents operators' fingers being pinched and cutting capacity Cu cable, stranded (diameter) Ø 20mm / 70mm sq.
- 896010 & 837957:Not suitable for steel wire and wire ropes.
- 804128: Short design length (only 500mm), cutting capacity copper cable multiple-stranded 150mm, low weight high leverage.
- 804128: For cutting copper and aluminium single conductors as well as multiple stranded cables, not suitable for steel wire and wire ropes, pinch guard prevents operators' fingers being pinched
- 804128: Precision-ground hardened blades, clean and smooth cut without crushing and deformation and low handforce required due to favourable lever ratio and special blade geometry.
- 894042: Small, light, strong: comfortable cutting without crushing and just 160mm in size, the gradations cut wires one after the other; cutting is up to 40% easier than with standard cable shears of the same length!
- 894042: Ergonomic handle design means optimal cutting feel even for larger cable diameters, cuts multi-core stranded copper and aluminium cables up to Ø 15mm (50mm²) and copper and aluminium cables up to 5 x 4mm².
- 894042: Cuts without crushing, bolted joint and pinch guard prevents operators' fingers being pinched.
- 894042: Also not suitable for steel wire and hard drawn copper conductors
