Next day delivery is available for all orders placed before 6pm (excluding pallets, cable cutting and cabinets) and is Free of Charge on orders over £200. For timed deliveries please refer to the table below.

Returns Policy - Excluding Online Orders

We’re committed to providing the best service and products to help keep your projects moving. If you need to return an item, our goal is to make the process as straightforward as possible.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• All items must be in resaleable condition, meaning they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Bespoke, special-order, or non-stock items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
   

Restocking Fee

• A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returns of goods that are received in resaleable condition.
• This fee helps cover the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking inventory to ensure the highest standards across our supply chain.
   

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our Customer Service team (customerservice.uk@netceed.com) with the following:

• Your original order number
• A description of the item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return

Once your return is authorised, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the items back to us.

Refunds

Refunds (minus the 30% restocking fee) will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be reflected on your original payment method.

Cable Cutting Services
Cable cutting services are available until 4:30pm where next day delivery is requested.

Online Orders: Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right:

• You must notify us in writing (email is fine) within 14 days of receiving your item. 
• You then have another 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
• We'll refund you in full (including standard delivery costs), within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), or receiving proof of return — whichever is earlier.

How to Return an Item
To return a product:

• Contact our customer service team using our returns form to initiate the return.
• Repackage the item securely, ideally in its original packaging.
• Include your order number and reason for return.
• Send the parcel to:

Please obtain proof of postage when returning goods.

Conditions for Returns
We ask that:

• Items are returned in their original condition and with all packaging intact.
• You take reasonable care of the item while it's in your possession.
• If the product value is diminished due to handling beyond what's necessary to check it, we may make a deduction from your refund.
   

Cabinets

Standard next day delivery of stocked cabinets is included within the price. This is to kerbside only, up to 5pm via the National Carrier Network to England, Wales and lower Scotland. The following geographical restrictions applying:

• England, Wales & Lower Scotland
  Next day delivery when ordered before 3pm Monday-Thursday or before 1pm Friday
• North of Scotland & Non-Mainland UK
  We can offer a best endeavours service to remote locations, but cannot always guarantee a next day delivery.

Exceptions:

• Cabinet deliveries over 42U in height are subject to POA
• Dedicated deliveries are subject to POA
