Placing an Order

How do I place an order?

In order to place an order with us, you have a few options:

  • Order online: Log in or create an account on our website and start browsing our product range. You can add the products to your basket, create favourite product lists, request a quote and more. If you already know the partcodes, you can use our Quick Order functionality.
  • Order over the phone: If you'd prefer to speak to a member of our team, you can give us a call on 01487 825000.
  • Order via email: We also accept orders via email at orders.uk@netceed.com

Can I place an international order?

Yes! Unfortunately, we cannot accept international orders on our website. But you can call us on 01480 415000 or email us at sales.uk@netceed.com

How do I set up a credit account?

In order to set up a credit account with us, you'll need to create an account on our website or with a member of our team and request our credit account form. You'll need to fill this out and return it at your earliest convenience. This should be ready to use within 2 days, subject to credit approval.

Do you accept card payments?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards, except American Express, and we also accept Apple Pay on our website.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Goods may be returned within 30 days of purchase - as long as they are standard stock and in the same condition of purchase. For more information on this, please contact our customer service team on 01487 825000, they can advise you on the process and any restocking or collection fees that may apply. You can also request a return by filling in our online form.

How does the quote function work?

If you're nearby and would prefer to collect, make sure you let us know when placing your order and visit HQ or Glasgow office.

I can't find what I'm looking for! Can you help?

If you can't find the products you need, you can give our team a call on 01487 825000 or email us at sales.uk@netceed.com, and we will be happy to help find what you're after. You can also try searching for what you need using the search bar on our website.

I need further product information. Can you help?

Yes! We have an extensive range of datasheets allocated to most of our products on our website, or available at request should you need it. If you can't find what you need or require further information, either call us or drop us an email and we can get that sent over to you.

How do I clain for products warranty?

The product I need is out of stock. What do I do?

If a product you need is currently out of stock, you'll be able to back order it from our website or through a member of our team via phone or email. Lead times will be dependant on the individual items, we will be able to advise when the placing your order.

Hire Equipment

Can I hire certain equipment from Netceed UK?

We offer a large range of products for hire, all are listen on our Hire Equipment page, take a look here.

How does the hire service work?

In order to hire a product from us, you must first have an active customer account. Our hire service charges are calculated on a weekly basis, with a minimum term of one week. We can offer a delivery service at small additional cost, or you can collect from one of our locations in the UK. If you're interesed in hiring a product, you can request a quote from our team or find out further information by emailing us on hire.uk@netceed.com or contacting your account manager.

What delivery options for you offer?

You can choose from a variety of delivery options, we offer:

  • Standard delivery (1-2 days), free on all online orders

How does the Netceed UK Service Centre work?

At Netceed, as part of our one-stop shop, we offer aftercare and maintenance support across a wide range of products. Netceed's authorised service centre hosts a team of fully trained experts specialising in servicing repairs & calibration for splicers, gas detectors, fibre blowing machines and more!

Any products covered in our Service Centre portfolio, will go through a rigorous, pre delivery inspection to ensure they are serviced and calibrated before they arrive with you.

My Online Account

How do I track my order?

Once you have placed an order with us, either via phone, email or online, you are able to track your orders on your online account. To do this, you need to log in and head to 'My Orders'. Select the order you wish to track and view the 'Shipment' tab. On here you will be able to view the order status, and a tracking number will be provided that will link you through to the couriers website.

How do I preview my invoices?

Once you have placed an order with us, either via phone, email or online, you are able to preview or print your invoices on your online account. To do this, you need to log in and head to 'My Orders'. Select the order you wish to view, in the rtop right will be a 'Print Invoice' button. On here you will be able to view the invoice and save or print a copy.

How do I set up a favourite products list?

In order to set up a favourite products list, you need to:

  • Login to your online account
  • Head to 'My Favourite Products' and select 'Add New Favourite List'
  • Type in your list name, and if required a description, press save
  • Once set up, you'll be able to start adding your products. To do this, you can search for the items or find them through our menu
  • When found, you can add them by clicking the star on product previews, products page or on your basket
  • When you have finished building your list, you can order directly through your favourite products list. Simply selet the products, change the quantity and add to basket
  • If you want to remove products from your list, you will need t do this directly in the list, using the bin icon to the right of the product

Where can I get a Netceed UK catalogue?

We host all our catalogues online under the Resource Hub menu, you can also access them here.

If you require a physical copy of our catalogue, you can request a copy by:

  • Adding a note in the comments box when checking out
  • Calling or emailing your account manager

How do I activate purchasing approval rules for my account users?

If you'd like to set up purchasing approval rules on your account, you will need to contact us on marketing.uk@netceed.com. We will be able to activate the functionality, and help you set up when rules you require.
