These cable shears are specifically designed for cutting solid, multicore, and finely stranded copper and aluminum cables. They feature twin cutting edges that enable smooth and clean cuts without crushing the cables, thanks to their very sharp and precise cutting edges. However, it's important to note that these shears are not suitable for cutting steel wire or hard-drawn copper conductors. The one-handed operation makes cutting easy, while the pinch protection mechanism ensures hand safety during use. The shears have an adjustable, self-locking bolted joint for added convenience and stability. They are forged from high-grade special tool steel, oil-hardened, and chrome-plated for durability. The cutting capacity for copper cables is up to 20 mm in diameter. The handles of the shears are equipped with insulating multi-component grips and have been VDE tested for electrical safety. With a length of 200 mm and a weight of 340 g, these cable shears are a reliable tool for various cutting applications
